The Upper East Regional Minister, Mr Stephen Yakubu, has tasked the Feeder Roads Department to work hard and ensure that, some major bridges and auxiliary roads in the region are constructed ahead of the rainy season.
The Minister gave the directive during an interactive section with the staff of the Binduri and Bongo District Assemblies in the Upper East as part of his official visit across all Municipal and District Assemblies in the region.
In the Bongo district, the Minister and his entourage inspected a Shea Butter production factory under the ‘One- District, One Factory’ initiative. The Regional Minister said he was hopeful that the Shea Butter production will help give employment to the youth in the area.
